Job Description:
We are proud to be working with this thriving and successful business in Ripley. You will be responsible for supporting a team, ensuring cost data is accurately recorded, invoices are correctly matched, and financial records are updated, supporting overall cost control across the business.
Salary is £27,000 - 28,000 per annum. 21 days holiday plus BH’s, Private Healthcare (Vitality Health - comes with £500 towards Eye Health, £100 towards Dental Health, Travel Insurance & more) & Pension.
Hours of work 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday - fully office-based
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
*Input cost-related data using Excel, ensuring records are complete, accurate and up to date.
*Collate and match tickets with purchase invoices
*Raise and resolve purchase invoice queries, liaising with suppliers and internal teams as needed
*Admin support to the costing team as required - filing, scanning and record keeping
ABOUT YOU
*Previous admin experience is essential
*Experience of working with invoices is essential
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Highly organised, great at prioritising
*Team player with great communication skills
*IT savvy - especially Excel
