Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Director to oversee and manage financial operations. This interim role needs Charity exposure and requires 1 day in the South London office.

*Oversee the organisation’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
*Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
*Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making.
*Manage cash flow and oversee financial risk management strategies.
*Lead and develop the accounting and finance team.
*Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial processes.
*Monitor and evaluate financial performance against set objectives.
Profile
A successful Finance Director should have:
*Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA Equiv)
*Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
*Experience within the Not For Profit sector is advantageous.
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills for large scale teams.
Job Offer
*Competitive hourly rate between £500 and £550, based on experience.
