Job Description:
The Creative Designer leads Tommy’s visual brand, delivering high-quality, multi-channel creative work and providing senior design expertise across campaigns, projects and organisational touchpoints. They manage end-to-end design delivery, guide and work alongside the Content Producer, and ensure all creative output is consistent, accessible and aligned with Tommy’s strategic objectives.

Tommy’s is the UK’s leading pregnancy research charity, funding ground breaking studies into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth to make pregnancy safer for all families. They also provide trusted pregnancy information, specialist midwife support and resources for anyone experiencing or at risk of pregnancy complications or baby loss.
Description
*Lead and safeguard Tommy’s visual brand, ensuring consistent, high-quality design across all channels.
*Develop compelling creative concepts for major campaigns, projects and organisational priorities.
*Deliver high-quality design across digital, social, video, print.
*Manage end-to-end creative workflows, from briefing through to final production and quality assurance.
*Collaborate with teams across the charity to create audience-led, on-brand materials that meet strategic objectives.
*Oversee the visual identity and creative output for the London Landmarks Half Marathon where required.
*Ensure all creative work meets accessibility standards, reflects Tommy’s values, and is delivered on time while managing multiple priorities.
*Work closely with stakeholders across Health Information, Fundraising and London Landmarks to deliver high-impact assets: including graphics for annual reports, fundraising packs, event materials and organisational publications.
Profile
*Strong graphic design expertise across digital, print and multimedia
*Proven ability to lead and protect a visual brand
*Experience delivering high-quality creative from concept to final output
*Confident stakeholder manager across multiple teams and priorities
*Skilled at translating briefs into compelling, audience-focused design
*Excellent organisation and workflow management under pressure
*Ability to mentor others and foster collaborative creativity
*Commitment to accessibility, inclusivity and high creative standards

*Competitive salary ranging from £41K -£43K
*Permanent role based in London.
*Hybrid - 2 days in the office
