We’re on the lookout for a talented Paraplanner to join our clients vibrant, forward-thinking Paraplanning team. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional client experiences and shaping brighter financial futures, this is a role where you’ll truly make an impact.
As a key player in our team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Paraplanners, Administrators, and Financial Planners to craft personalised financial strategies that genuinely reflect each client’s goals and aspirations.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Craft clear, compliant, high-quality suitability reports and client documents that showcase your technical expertise.
*Partner closely with Financial Planners to uncover client objectives and deliver tailored, meaningful recommendations
*Dive deep into research and analysis — including cashflow modelling — to support robust financial planning
*Produce precise tax calculations, technical documentation, and financial plans for new advice and annual reviews
*Liaise confidently with external providers to gather insights on existing and potential investments
*Support client review meetings and help build long-lasting, positive client relationships
*Maintain impeccable, fully compliant client files throughout every step of the advice process
*Uphold FCA principles with integrity, accuracy, and a meticulous approach to regulatory detail
*Share your knowledge, review peers’ work, and lend your expertise to more complex cases
*Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing professional development and a commitment to keeping your technical skills sharp
What You’ll Bring
*3+ years’ paraplanning experience with strong technical capability
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
*Confident in writing accurate, clear, compliant documentation
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
*Strong attention to detail, good organisation, and the ability to work independently
