Keep the hub running
*Make sure the office stays stocked, organised and running smoothly
*Manage supplies, deliveries and shared spaces
*Help manage the company vehicle fleet (servicing, MOTs, tax)
Be the engine behind the scenes
*Support daily operations, purchasing and stock control
*Place and track orders for furnishings, equipment and materials
*Maintain order trackers, delivery schedules and documentation
*Coordinate deliveries from warehouse to multiple locations
*Work with suppliers and solve delivery or order issues fast
Support the wider team
*Provide admin and logistics support across projects
*Book accommodation for travelling teams
*Help prepare information packs and key documentation
*Print drawings and project info when needed
Own the day-to-day essentials
*Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
*Sign for deliveries and make sure they reach the right people
*Jump into general admin and ad-hoc tasks when needed
