Duties for the role of Senior Architect:
*Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
*Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
*Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
*Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Requirements for the role of Senior Architect:
*ARB registered
*Strong post part 3 qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
*Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
*ArchiCAD experience is advantageous
*Job running experience
*Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
*Experience managing projects within the residential sector
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Peterborough area
