Job Description:
Are you confident, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? A leading services company based in Preston is looking for a Customer Success Executive to nurture key client relationships while ensuring outstanding service delivery.
You’ll be the first point of contact for key accounts, coordinating with a nationwide supply chain, managing queries, and helping to deliver seamless solutions. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy, supportive service team with plenty of room to develop.
The Role & Responsibilities
*Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience
*Coordinate with the national supply chain to deliver efficient services
*Process orders and support smooth service delivery
*Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
*Spot opportunities to promote additional services
*Maintain accurate CRM records and provide general admin support
*Deliver excellent communication via phone and email
*Support account growth and retention across existing clients
Person Specification
*Strong IT skills and CRM experience
*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
*Confident working independently and as part of a team
*Great attention to detail and a methodical approach
*Knowledge of waste management is an advantage
