Accounts & HR Administrator
Location: Surrey
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Administrator to support both the finance and HR functions. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and people. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident with technology, and able to manage a fast-paced workload with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Administration
*Process high volumes of invoices and credit notes for goods for resale with accuracy and efficiency.
*Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders through liaison with suppliers and internal teams.
*Allocate incoming customer payments to the correct accounts.
*Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
*Reconcile customer accounts and upload invoices to customer portals where required.
Administrative Support
*Monitor, categorise, and support the management of shared email inboxes to ensure timely responses.
*Order and maintain stationery supplies for all departments.
*Open and distribute incoming post across the business.
HR Support
*Provide administrative assistance with HR documentation and record-keeping.
*Support general HR processes as required.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Confident using computerised systems and financial software, with advanced Excel skills.
*Strong numeracy and ability to work with large volumes of data.
*Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
*Minimum of six months’ experience in an accounts or administrative role.
*Previous HR administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
