Litigation Associate – Manchester
A well-established specialist commercial law firm is looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with proven asset based lending experience to join its growing technical litigation team.
The firm advises banks, lenders and financial institutions on a wide range of complex matters across asset finance and asset based lending, acting throughout the full credit lifecycle. The team is known for handling technically challenging and defended cases, including enforcement of security, guarantee claims, disputed recoveries and associated litigation.
The role will involve:
*Managing a caseload of complex and defended asset based lending matters
*Advising on enforcement, recoveries, guarantees and security issues
*Handling litigation from instruction through to resolution, including court attendance where required
*Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercial solutions
*Supporting and supervising junior team members where appropriate
The firm is looking for:
*A qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
*Strong and demonstrable asset based lending experience is essential
*Experience within asset finance recoveries and/or complex litigation
*Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and client-facing skills
