Job Description:
An award-winning, top 200 London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join its growing Commercial Property team.
Key Responsibilities Rural and Private Landed Estate Work
*Acting for private landowners (individuals, trustees, family businesses)
*Sales and purchases
*Agricultural tenancies
*Estate management, including easements and covenants
*Option and overage agreements
*Development agreements and conditional contracts (including variations and implementation)
*First registrations
*Property matters arising from private client and tax advice
Commercial Property Work
*Acting for landlords and tenants, investors, trustees, charities, and estate owners
*Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
*All aspects of landlord and tenant work (new leases, renewals, licences to assign/alter)
*Asset and estate management, including complex advisory matters
*Real estate finance
*Corporate support
Experience Required *Qualified solicitor with 3–4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
*Strong technical grounding with experience across a range of commercial property matters
*A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to client work
*Ability to manage relationships and positively influence stakeholders at all levels
