Transaction Services Director - Life Sciences & Healthcare
I’m partnering with a leading UK professional services firm to appoint a Director into its Transaction Services team, with a specific focus on Life Sciences & Healthcare.
This is a senior, autonomous role with a clear brief to grow the sector proposition, deepen client relationships and help shape the wider Deals practice alongside Partners.
The Role
* Lead and deliver financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions

* Advise corporates, private equity and management teams through complex deals

* Own senior client relationships, commercial decisions and risk

* Develop and mentor teams while contributing to business development

* Strengthen the firm’s Life Sciences & Healthcare market presence

The Ideal Profile
* Strong background in Transaction Services / FDD

* Life Sciences or Healthcare sector experience essential

* Proven experience leading engagements and teams

* Commercial, credible and comfortable operating at Director level

* ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
