Job Description:
Warehouse Manager – Sheffield – £35,000–£40,000 (Contract, Immediate Start)
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to join a fast-paced operation in Sheffield on a contract basis. This is an immediate start opportunity, offering a competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient and safe workflows
* Manage stock control, goods in/out, and inventory accuracy across the site
* Lead, supervise, and support warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
* Implement and improve warehouse processes and operational procedures
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
* Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to maintain smooth distribution and stock flow
* Monitor KPIs and produce operational and inventory reports for management
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse leadership role
* Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics processes
* Proven team leadership and people management skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Experience with warehouse management systems and MS Excel
* Ability to start immediately and commit to a contract role
