Days in Office: 5days
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: £20.00 P/H - £28.00 P/H DOE
Company Overview:
We have a new opportunity to join a well-established and growing property investment firm with a collaborative and personable culture. This Personal Assistant role will be based in the London office, providing high-level support to senior leadership, including the Managing Director. The position is fast-paced and varied, requiring a highly organised and proactive PA who enjoys being at the heart of the business. The team is close-knit, professional, and down-to-earth, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA looking to take on a trusted role within the property sector.
Responsibilities:
*Extensive diary management, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
*Managing inboxes, filtering correspondence, and drafting responses on behalf of senior stakeholders
*Organising domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
*Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations
*Acting as a key point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
*Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
*Supporting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
*Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
*Ensuring the MD is fully prepared for meetings and day-to-day priorities
Skills and Experience:
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant role
*Prior experience within the property sector is desirable
*Strong ability to prioritise effectively and manage a busy workload
*Highly organised, confident, and proactive with a solutions-focused approach
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
