*Salary: £16 - £18 per hour
*Location: Southampton, hybrid working
*Job Type: Temporary Contract, immediate start
We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our client on a temporary basis. This role is crucial in assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be organised and proactive, this is a hybrid working position, allowing flexibility between working from home and the Southampton office.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
*Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company.
*Communicate effectively with candidates and new hires, providing timely updates and necessary information.
*Collaborate with various departments to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes.
*Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding, such as preparing employment contracts and organising orientation materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Administration role.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Proficiency in Excel
*Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
