Job Description:
10 hours per week (over 2 days)
Salary equivalent of £13.46 p/h
Are you an experienced Administrator seeking part time flexible hours to work in a modern and professional setting in a fantastic office space in Liphook. My client offers hands on training and also the opportunity to obtain accountancy qualifications in the future.
Duties:
*Reconciling financial data
*Record income and expenses in Xero
*Ensure that any requests are responded to in a timely manner
*Report on monthly budgets
*Journal accruals
*Create and distribute monthly reports to management
*Reconcile accounts
*Ensure that compliance is maintained at all times
Skills Required:
*Previous accountancy experience an advantage
*Experience with CRM or Accountancy systems an advantage
*At least 3 years of office based administrative experience is essential
*A team player happy to work in a varied role
*Great communicator
