Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
Working as part of a busy customer service team you will be first point of contact (via the telephone & email) for all customer queries relating to product, delivery, projects, and billing questions.
Adminstration related duties will be a daily requirement so excellent keyboard skills and a working knowledge of Word & Excel.
Ideally looking for experience already gained working in a customer services role in an office-based enviroment & you must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. ·
Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. ·
Ability to understand customer pain points and a genuine desire to help customers resolve issues.
