My client is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join them on a temporary basis for 4 - 6 months. This role will business partner with the operational teams as well as produce the monthly management accounts and associated commentary.

Key Responsibilities
*Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts
*Lead forecasting for your business area
*Analyse performance and explain variances to budget, forecast and prior year
*Maintain strong financial controls and accurate balance sheet reconciliations
*Partner with operational teams, providing clear financial guidance
Profile
About You
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE with strong management accounting experience
*Experience within manufacturing and/or costing would be very useful
*Confident analysing data and presenting clear, actionable insights
*Strong communication skills, able to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues
*Organised, detail-driven and comfortable working to deadlines
*Proactive, collaborative and always looking for ways to improve
Job Offer
*Competitive daily rate up to £400 per day, depending on experience.
*A quick start - ideal start date is 23rd February
