Litigation Lawyer needed in South East London Paying £28.96 per hr ref OR22706
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a busy and diverse caseload of litigation matters
*Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and court documents
*Conducting legal research and providing high-quality advice
*Preparing cases for hearings, trials, and mediations
*Representing clients at court, tribunals, or alternative dispute resolution
*Engaging in settlement negotiations
*Maintaining excellent client relationships
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
