A growing business within the automotive industry, working with a nationwide customer base and offering a broad range of vehicle solutions. We’re looking for a confident, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our busy sales team.
The Role
This is a phone-led, account management role, focused on regular contact, understanding customer needs, and building long-term relationships. You’ll manage your own portfolio of accounts, reviewing products, planning ahead with customers, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts over time. Key responsibilities:
*Acting as a main point of contact for customer enquiries.
*Making planned outbound calls to existing customers to review requirements.
*Building strong product knowledge to confidently discuss options.
*Spotting opportunities to add value through upgrades or additional products.
*Supporting the sales team with order processing and admin.
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and who enjoys building lasting relationships. Working as part of a sales team, you will positively contribute to team targets, reaping the rewards as a team with monthly commission. Skills and attributes desired:
*Confident on the phone and comfortable with regular outbound calls.
*Naturally good at building relationships and trust.
*Organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
*Automotive industry experience (helpful, not essential).
*Strong team player.
