Are you an experienced Quick Service Restaurant leader ready to take the next step? We’re looking for an Area Manager to oversee multiple sites across the Midlands, supporting General Managers, driving operational standards, and building high-performing teams.
What you’ll do:
*Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers
*Ensure compliance, operational excellence, and performance targets
*Lead business reviews and manage projects across your area
*Build leadership pipelines and support growth initiatives
You’ll need:
*3+ years multi-site or senior QSR leadership experience
*Strong people leadership and coaching skills
*Full UK driving licence
