Location: Office-based, Tewkesbury
Contract: Monthly Rolling Contract
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs per week) or Part-time considered
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £13.56 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support our busy Purchasing function. This role is essential in helping to free up the Buyers by managing day-to-day admin tasks and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who is available quickly and happy to join on a rolling contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
*Placing purchase orders, primarily lower-level orders generated from MRP reports
*Handling ad-hoc order requests coming through from Engineering
*Email inbox management – prioritising, organising, and responding where appropriate
*Ensuring internal teams are kept updated with communications
*General administrative duties to support the Purchasing Manager
What We’re Looking For
*Previous administration experience
*Strong attention to detail and confident with data entry
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle incoming requests efficiently
*Someone reliable, organised, and able to start immediately
