**Customer Service Executive**
Become the Product Expert Behind - Storage Solutions!
Location: Chelmsford, Essex – Must Drive due to location
Salary: Up to £27,000 + Quarterly Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full Time | Two-Week Rota

Our client is an innovative, fast-expanding retailer supplying high-quality home and industrial storage solutions—from heavy-duty racking and garage shelving to commercial-grade storage systems used across the UK.
They’re looking for a Customer Service Executive who thrives on understanding physical products, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage complaints, transport queries, and delivery issues with professionalism and ease.
What You’ll Do
Step into a varied role where you become a true product expert:
*Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
*Provide expert advice on the full storage product range for home and commercial use
*Accurately process telephone orders
*Liaise daily with couriers and transport partners to resolve delivery issues, damages, delays, and logistics queries
*Confidently handle complaints, turning challenging situations into positive outcomes
*Manage product-related investigations and problem-solve efficiently
*Complete day-to-day administrative tasks
*Build strong working knowledge of the full product catalogue
What We’re Looking For
*Customer service experience (preferably in online retail)
*Strong experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues calmly
*Background in working with couriers, delivery processes, transport or logistics
*Excellent communication skills
*Highly organised with great attention to detail
*Computer literate
*A proactive, product-focused mindset
*Professional, patient, and confident when dealing with challenging situations
Working Hours – Your Weekends Are Always Free
Two-week rotating schedule:
*Monday: 7:30–5:00 then 8:00–5:30
*Tue–Thu: 8:00–5:00 then 8:30–5:30
*Friday: 8:00–4:30
*No weekends.
