Job Title: FCL Manager (Full Container Load)
Department: FCL Import
Reports To: Senior Management Team (General Manager)
Role Purpose:
You will be joining a well established growing company overseeing the FCL Team. You will be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of the Full Container Load Import department.
The role ensures optimal container allocation, strong shipping line relationships, and high-quality service delivery to customers. Leading, mentoring, and motivating the FCL team to achieve peak performance while supporting the company’s operational and growth objectives.

Operational Management
Team Leadership & Development
Process Improvement & Performance
Act as an escalation point for complex operational or customer issues.
Support customer retention and growth through consistent service delivery and proactive communication.

Skills & Experience:
Essential:
Strong knowledge of container allocation, shipping line contracts, and carrier management
Proven people management or team leadership experience
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
