Office Administrator – Part Time

Job Description:
Our client who are a small family run and well established within the construction sector are recruiting for an Administrator to join their expanding business on a permanent part time basis based in Gloucester. This an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive and friendly team who enjoy a professional but relaxed environment!
The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while working to tight deadlines.


Responsibilities/Duties;
-Administrative support for fleet vehicles
-Arrange PAT and fire alarm testing
-Keep the Health and Safety polices updated, liaising with outsource team when required
-Purchasing office supplies and uniform
-Arrange Insurance meetings and obtain quote for review
-Update portal with insurance details
-Deal with insurance claims
-Arrange training in line with plan and book tests
-Order office supplies and Uniform/PPE as required
-Other duties as required to support the office manager and MD


Hours- 22 hours per week - Monday to Friday


Salary- £26,000 pro-rata
