Used Car Sales Manager – Premium Dealership
Location: Rochdale
Salary: £50,000 basic | £70,000+ (£80,000 for over achievers)
Richard Abson Group are working with a premium car dealership in Rochdale to recruit an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Manager.
This is a standout opportunity to join a high-performing site with strong stock levels, excellent support in place, and a team already achieving stretch targets.
The Role
Working alongside the New Car Sales Manager, you will lead the Used Car operation and play a key role in the overall performance of the sales department. You’ll manage a successful team of 8 Sales Executives, driving results while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and brand compliance.
You will be responsible for:
*Driving used car sales performance and profitability
*Stock acquisition, appraisals, and part-exchange valuations
*Supporting the sales team with coaching, structure, and daily direction
*Ensuring adherence to manufacturer and brand standards
*Maximising finance and manufacturer promotions
*Working closely with the New Car Sales Manager to deliver site-wide targets
You’ll also benefit from strong on-site support, including a Business Manager who will focus on deal structure and finance conversion, allowing you to focus on leadership, performance and stock strategy.
Package & Benefits
*£50,000 basic salary
*£70,000+ OTE
*£80,000 for over achievers
*Every other weekend off
*Day off in the week, every week
