Monday - Friday

£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus good benefits

Some of the duties will include:


*Dealing with incoming emails and calls from customers, providing a high level of service
*Processing customer orders
*Working closely with other internal departments
*Setting up new customer accounts
*Participating in weekly team meetings
*Working well as part of a team
*Keeping information accurately updated

The suitable candidate:


*Degree educated
*Previous experience within an office based customer facing position
*Analytical and numerical skills
*Good attention to detail
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal
*Be a great team player
*Good IT skills including Excel
