Senior Lifecycle CRM Executive
London or Leicester,
Hybrid working
Salary £30000 to £35000 DOE.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing CRM function where you will shape multi channel lifecycle journeys and deliver impactful, data informed CRM activity. You will work in a fast paced, digital environment where customer experience, experimentation, and continuous improvement are central to success.

The Role
* Build and schedule lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in app channels using Braze
* Support automated journeys including onboarding, renewal, and re engagement workflows
* Maintain accurate and relevant content, ensuring journeys remain up to date with seasonal messaging and current offers
* Support segmentation, tagging, and personalisation to ensure dynamic content renders correctly
* Monitor the performance of live journeys and contribute to testing and optimisation
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure journeys meet business and compliance requirements
* Support QA and end to end testing, particularly for complex or logic heavy builds
* Contribute to reporting, helping the team understand performance and areas for improvement
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a digital or subscription based environment
* Hands on experience using Braze
* Confident working with A/B testing and campaign performance metrics
* Clear communicator who enjoys working cross functionally
* Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast moving environment
