The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and sourcing talent for our clients. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, and working collaboratively with the Account Managers, your main responsibilities will include:
*Conducting research to gain a thorough understanding of your allocated clients’ business, culture, and career opportunities
*Sourcing candidates using advanced sourcing tools and techniques
*Assessing the candidate’s suitability and interest in the opportunities
*Attending client meetings as required
*Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to share information and support wider campaigns
*Liaising with Account Directors to shortlist candidates and present to the client
*Managing and arranging interviews and assessments, and providing feedback throughout the campaign
*Managing subsequent offers to ensure a smooth and successful completion of your recruitment campaigns

Your Profile:
*Experience gained within recruitment or a customer-facing role
*An analytical approach to problem-solving combined with an inquisitive mind
*Commercial and empathetic with a good understanding of business
*Strong communication skills with the ability to question and challenge
*Good understanding of IT and competent with social media
*Self-motivated and target-driven
*Tenacious, ambitious, and resilient
