They are recruiting in their Employment team which has a fantastic client base with businesses from professional services to manufacturing. They do mainly respondent work, and are growing quickly, and in a vibrant central office.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide legal advice on employment-related matters
*Represent clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings
*Draft and review employment contracts and policies
*Conduct workplace investigations and handle disputes
Requirements:
*Qualified solicitor (open to 2-6 Years PQE)
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
