A global law firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support growth across its Banks & Financial Services sector.
Working closely with senior sector leaders and partners, you will help deliver global strategy, develop sub-sector plans, manage priority client relationships, and drive insight-led business development activity. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across pursuits, client engagement, campaigns, and pipeline management.
Key responsibilities include:
*Executing sector and sub-sector strategies
*Supporting and originating new business opportunities
*Acting as Client Relationship Manager for selected priority clients
*Driving campaigns, thought leadership, events, and client conversations
*Providing sector insight for pitches, panels, and strategic decisions
About you:
*5+ years’ business development experience, ideally in professional services
*Strong experience in strategic selling, pursuits, and client relationship management
*Commercial, proactive, and confident working with senior stakeholders
*Collaborative, resilient, and relationship-driven
