Job Description:
SALES NEGOTIATOR - TOOTING
Dove & Hawk are working alongside an independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in Tooting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator who wants to join a reputable company which can offer longevity and career progression.
Duties:
*Registering new applicants.
*Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
*Arranging and conducting viewings.
*Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
*Providing viewing feedback.
*Generating new valuation opportunities.
Requirements:
*UK Driving Licence required and own vehicle
*Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a residential sales role
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary, £55,000 - £70,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm with half day in lieu
