Job Title: Bioanalytical Scientist

Are you an experienced Bioanalytical Scientist looking for your next step in a collaborative, fast-paced bioanalytical environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse team where you’ll work independently across a wide range of method development, optimisation and validation projects supporting both pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals.
In this role, you’ll lead on quantitative LC-MS/MS method development, extract and analyse small and large molecules from biological matrices and deliver high-quality data within a GxP-regulated laboratory (GMP/GLP/GCP). You’ll also work directly with clients, advise on analytical strategies, and support the business with technical insights and commercial awareness.
We’re looking for:

BSc/MSc/PhD in Biology, Chemistry or related discipline

Circa 5 years’ experience in LC-MS/MS within pre-clinical/clinical bioanalysis

Strong method development & validation background (ICH M10/FDA/EMA)

Proven experience in GxP environments

Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
