This role is fully office-based and combines front-of-house responsibilities with day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth operations across the office.
Key Responsibilities:
*Welcome and greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
*Manage incoming calls, emails, post, and couriers
*Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings
*Handling emails and correspondence
*Booking meeting room and lunches
*Procurement of office supplies and stationery
*Provide general administrative support to a small team
Skills & Experience:
*5+ years’ proven experience in an office/reception role within a corporate setting
*Strong IT skills and familiarity with standard office software
*Professional and friendly manner, with excellent communication skills
*Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
