The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Refinance and equity release transactions
*New builds and shared ownership properties
*Acting for clients throughout the transaction process from instruction to completion
You’ll work closely with fee earners and support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service, maintaining strong client relationships throughout.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant experience
*Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
*Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
*Confident in client-facing situations and building relationships
*IT literate and comfortable with case management systems
*Proactive, organised, and able to work independently within a collaborative team
