Sales & Office Support
Salary: £16 per hour / £13,312 p.a.
Location: Norwich, Norfolk (near train station)
Working hours: Part-time, Monday–Thursday, 9:15 am – 1:15 pm

About Us
Positive Media Marketing is a long-established poster advertising company, recently relocated to the heart of Norwich. Our small, dedicated team helps clients get the most from their poster campaigns in shopping centres and Bannatyne Health Clubs across the UK. And yes, we have an office dog too!
The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised person to help with sales support and general office tasks. If you enjoy variety, working in a small team, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the role for you.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
*Managing office systems, records, and databases
*Emailing, phone communications, and preparing sales material
*Data analysis and research
*Credit control, chasing artwork, inputting orders
*Dispatching posters (wrapping and couriering)
*Liaising with poster displayers and troubleshooting issues
*Light office cleaning and responding to enquiries
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
*Experience running a busy office (essential)
*Confident communicator on phone and email
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
*Good numerical and financial skills
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
