Acoustic Sales Engineer
Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + bonus
We’re on the lookout for an Acoustic Sales Engineer who enjoys mixing engineering know-how with commercial savvy. You’ll help clients find smart acoustic solutions - from consultancy and testing to design and specialist products - while building lasting relationships in a niche, fascinating field.
What you’ll be doing
* Being the first friendly voice for incoming enquiries
* Understanding client needs and matching them with the right acoustic solutions
* Providing clear, confident technical advice across products, testing, and design
* Creating accurate quotes, specs, and standout proposals
* Collaborating with technical, design, and marketing teams to grow opportunities
* Nurturing client relationships and spotting new ways to add value
What we’re looking for
* A technically minded communicator who’s curious, organised, and proactive
* Background in acoustics, engineering, physics, or a related field (degree preferred)
* Solid understanding of acoustic principles and products
* Experience in technical sales or client-facing engineering roles
* Confidence with pricing, proposals, and commercial thinking
