*Assist in the administration of logging and alerting services (Nagios, SolarWinds, etc).
*Ensure that all policies, procedures, and documentation are kept up to date.
*Work closely with clients from initial onboarding to on-going support and upgrades.
*Manage and support network (Cisco / Arista) and security infrastructure (FW’s, VPNs and other security infrastructure).
*Manage relationships and work with vendors to escalate issues when appropriate.
Required Skills/Experience
*5+ years’ experience in a network support / engineering role, having achieved relevant qualifications, e.g. CCNP or similar.
*Strong proficiency in the following areas:

*Experience with cloud providers or virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware) desirable
*Experience working with low latency technologies/networks a strong advantage
*Linux administration skills are a bonus, with potential to collaborate with the Linux SA team on crossover projects and support tasks.
*Ability to demonstrate sound judgement when solving problems as well as anticipating issues in advance and proposing effective solutions.
*Strong analytical and organizational skills, with passionate attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
*Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
