EAC are supporting a growing accountancy practice based in Milton Keynes, specialising in accountancy, taxation, and business advisory services for small and medium-sized businesses.
Our Client are seeking a Junior Accountant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a UK accountancy practice who wants to develop new skills, take on responsibility, and progress their career in a friendly, flexible workplace.
On Offer for Junior Accountant:
*Salary £28,000 - £32,000
*Hybrid working 3 days in the office

Duties for Junior Accountant:
*Preparing statutory accounts, Corporation Tax returns, Self-Assessment Tax returns, and P11Ds
*Assisting with monthly and quarterly management accounts
*Supporting client meetings and identifying potential tax planning opportunities
*Preparing Real Time Capital Gains Tax reports
*Managing multiple assignments and ensuring deadlines are met
Skills & Experience*AAT Level 4 completed or in progress, with plans to study ACCA
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice
*Strong knowledge of Xero or other cloud-based accounting software; experience with Iris is a bonus
*Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
*Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and colleagues
