Job Description:
SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - TOOTING
Dove & Hawk are working alongside a successful independent agency, who are looking to hire a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their office in Tooting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious negotiator, to join a well established estate agency.
Duties:
*Registering new applicants.
*Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
*Arranging and conducting viewings.
*Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
*Providing viewing feedback.
*Generating and conducting market appraisals.
Requirements:
*UK Driving License and own vehicle required
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a residential sales role
Salary budgets:£25,000 - £30,000 basic salary, £75,000 - £90,000
Required working hours:Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm with half day in lieu
