Job Description:
Looking for a role where you can own your sales career and see your impact every day? Our client, a growing media company in Maidstone, is looking for a sharp, confident Sales Executive to bring in new business and grow existing accounts across print and digital advertising.
You will be the face of the company to your clients, creating relationships that last, designing advertising solutions that work, and turning ideas into results. There is plenty of room for initiative here, so if you see an opportunity, you can chase it. Your efforts will directly affect your earnings and career growth.
What you will be doing:
*Hunting new business through calls, emails and networking
*Managing and growing existing accounts to deliver real results
*Collaborating with internal teams to deliver campaigns that hit the mark
*Keeping your finger on the pulse of the market and spotting opportunities first
*Consistently smashing your sales targets and earning uncapped commission
What we are looking for:
*Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in media or advertising
*Confident communicator and negotiator
*Comfortable juggling multiple accounts in a fast-moving environment
*Organised, proactive and motivated by results
*CRM experience and digital marketing knowledge are a plus
What’s in it for you:
*£27,500 rising to £30,000 after probation
*Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £40,000+
*Monday to Friday, office-based in Maidstone
