Job Description:
We are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join a Finance firm based in the City. This is a 12 month FTC which could turn permanent and will be 40-60k salary based on experience. Previous Finance experience in a HR Advisory role is essential.
Recruitment & onboarding our new joiners
Managing payroll, benefits and annual compensation reviews
Coaching and advice to staff and managers concerning people related matters
Ensuring our Firm meets its regulatory obligations and that our people receive the relevant training and development to enable them to succeed
HR Project Management
Management information of our people
Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Produce regular reports and metrics
Recruitment & onboarding our new joiners
