Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Digital Site Enrolment Administrator on behalf of a well known construction company.
BBV is currently upgrading its entire Time and Attendance infrastructure across the HS2 project. This involves a massive rollout of new Biosite hardware and software. To ensure this transition is seamless, we are looking for proactive Site Enrolment Administrators to manage the re-enrolment of thousands of workers across multiple subplots and disciplines.


Job Role
This isn’t your typical office-bound admin job. You will be on the front lines, traveling between various site locations to set up enrolment stations, capture biometric data, and issue new site access cards. You’ll be the face of the transition, ensuring that every operative—from subcontractors to senior supervisors—is correctly registered and ready to work.
The role is responsible for:
*Mobile Enrolment Support: Travel between sublot locations (including the Delta area/NEC, Birmingham, Leamington, and Tamworth) to maintain consistent service.
*Technical Execution: Use the Biosite system to capture biometric data, input worker details, and print site access cards.
*Queue & People Management: Manage onsite crowds patiently, helping workers who may not be tech-savvy through the registration process.
*Troubleshooting: Provide immediate on-site and remote support to supervisors and contractors to resolve enrolment errors.
*Compliance: Maintain airtight records to ensure all personnel meet project access and assurance requirements.


Requirements for the role:
*The Tech-Savvy Commuter: You must have a valid driver’s license and your own transport to move between sites. You should be comfortable setting up PC-based workstations in different environments.
*Patient Communicator: You’ll be dealing with a high volume of people. A background in heavy customer service or site administration is essential. You need to be patient, adaptable, and able to explain processes clearly to a diverse workforce.
*Reliability: With a 7:00 AM start and a critical project deadline, we need individuals who are punctual and disciplined.
*Detail Oriented: Accuracy is non-negotiable when handling biometric data and site security permissions.
