A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance & Fabric Operative to join a leading property brand at a high-profile, prestigious residential estate in South East London.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks across the estate, ensuring the buildings and communal areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* General fabric maintenance (painting & decorating, basic carpentry, patch repairs, minor plumbing tasks, etc.)

* Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

* Completing PPMs and ensuring works are logged accurately

* Supporting with inspections of communal areas and reporting defects

* Working closely with the on-site management and wider FM team

* Always delivering excellent customer service to residents

About You
* Proven experience in a fabric or multi-skilled maintenance role (ideally within residential or commercial property)

* Strong practical skillset with a proactive, can-do attitude

* Comfortable working in a resident-facing environment

* Good communication skills and a professional appearance

* Able to work independently while being a strong team player
