A growing Property business in Manchester are hiring their first Administrator!
Perfectly placed role for an individual with a bit of fire in their belly, looking for a career, excited by further prospects and wants to work hard to receive promotions.
This isn’t for an Administrator looking for just their next job, it’s for someone who wants more, a grafter, someone with a bit about them, confidence to give the team a nudge, speak to clients and build a role.
Ideal for someone who’s just completed 12 months in the property industry - whether that’s sales, lettings or admin support but now you’re just rearing to go for that next move but you absolutely love property and see the prospects the industry brings.
I met the MD of the business for a coffee and we had a natter about the company plans, journey, culture and what he’s creating; it’s wonderful. Honestly, watch this space, this company is going places and it’s the perfect time to join them.
We talked about the role and what he needs from someone, it’s a bit of everything, someone to support the sales and marketing department with new instructions, CRM system management, progressing sales contracts and supporting the MD. A mixed bag!
Enthusiasm, professionalism, up for a challenge, got the gears to just want to push on and be successful; perfect profile fit.
3 days in the office, 2 days from home per week, regular social events, fringe benefits and a great culture to be apart of.
