Job Description:
Sales & Lettings Valuer - Camberley
Basic salary: up to £30,000 DOE
OTE: £60,000
Days: Monday to Friday (plus half a day Saturday, every 4 weeks)
About Our Client:
We are recruiting on behalf of a great independent residential estate agency, who is looking to appoint a Sales & Lettings Valuer.
Role Overview for Sales & Lettings Valuer:
As a Sales & Lettings Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting accurate market appraisals and valuations for residential sales and lettings properties.
*Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, canvassing, and following up leads
*Convert valuation opportunities into instructions and listings
*Provide clients with professional advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and marketing
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and landlords
*Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to ensure successful property marketing and progression
*Stay up to date with local market trends, competitor activity, and property values
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
*Maintain accurate records and update internal systems accordingly
Requirements:
*Full UK driving licence
*A minimum of 2 year’s current or recent experience in estate agency
