Job Description:
DB Charles Recruitment are hiring for a highly reputable brand in Witney that are looking to hire a new Assistant Store Manager that can aid in leading the store to success.
Day to day duties and aspects of the role will include:
*Assisting the store manager and stepping into store management responsibilities when required
*Delivering high level customer service
*Front of house facing, willing to be involved in the daily sales, operations and team management
*Upholding fantastic store visual standards
*Maximising sales opportunities
*Work towards and drive the team to hit all KPI’s & targets
*Be aware of upselling and cross selling opportunities
*Drive & motivate the team to increase performance
*Promoting training and development
*Driving productivity
The client are seeking CV’s with the following experience:
*Must hold a background within jewellery retail
*Ideally a previous background working as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or someone who feels they are ready to take the new step into an assistant store management role
*A consultative retail background
*Experienced in 1-2-1 retail selling
*Experienced in managing KPIs and budgets to effectively run and improve store performance
*KPI & target driven
*Ability to deliver training and development
*Consistent
*Able to commit to a role with weekend working involved
The client is able to offer a salary of £29,000 per annum with many additional benefits & bonuses on offer.
