Our client, an established Leisure business, are looking to recruit a personable Sales Executive/Account Manager to join them in a client-facing role. Based in a fantastic office in Surrey and overseeing a client portfolio of both professional and amateur Sports teams (across Football/Rugby/Cricket), this is a great opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client are incredibly well-known in their field and, given their growth, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to join them on a permanent basis, inheriting a portfolio of B2B clients and managing each account - in addition to developing new business. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving sales targets/expectations against all accounts
- Offering a very consultative/bespoke solution to each client- Growing and developing existing accounts (conducting regular business reviews), in addition to developing completely new business clients
- Acting as the key interface between the customer(s) and the company
- Completing accurate and timely sales reports
- Ensuring all client information on company CRM is accurate and aligned with the current situation(s)
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Educated to degree level (with fantastic academic results throughout education)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Account Management/B2B Sales capacity
- Passion for Sports!
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Motivation to exceed sales targets/expectations, and make additional money in commission
- Fun, sociable personality
- Full UK driving licence
In addition to a very competitive starting basic salary of £35,000, our client are also offering the following:
- Uncapped commission structure (expected Year One OTE: £50,000)
- Hybrid working (4 days a week in the office / 1 day a week working from home)
- Fantastic working hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm)- Free parking
