What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage your own full and varied employment law caseload, offering both contentious and non-contentious support to a wide range of employer clients. Your role will include:
*Advising employers on all aspects of employment law, including redundancies, disciplinary matters, grievances, TUPE, and day-to-day HR queries
*Handling contentious matters such as Employment Tribunal claims, preparing pleadings, witness statements and supporting bundles
*Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements, and settlement agreements
*Providing strategic advice on restructuring, workforce changes, and risk management
*Working closely with business owners, HR teams, and senior leaders to deliver commercially-minded, practical solutions
*Collaborating with colleagues across commercial, corporate, and litigation teams to deliver joined-up, holistic client service
