Technical Training & eLearning Specialist

We are hiring on behalf of a well-respected SaaS and Cloud applications organisation operating at global scale.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, learning and customer experience. It requires someone confident delivering training in live environments, while also designing high-quality digital learning solutions that scale across international teams and customers.
The RoleAs Technical Training & eLearning Specialist, you will:
*Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to internal teams and global customers
*Design, develop and produce structured eLearning and digital training content
*Act as a platform subject matter expert across SaaS and cloud-based solutions
*Work closely with SMEs to define learning objectives and measurable outcomes
*Manage and maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
*Evaluate training feedback and continuously improve learning effectiveness
*Support product adoption and customer success through structured education programmes
This role requires confidence, clarity and credibility when presenting technical material to varied audiences.
Experience & Background*Proven experience delivering technical training within SaaS, Cloud, IT or Telecoms environments
*Strong digital content creation and eLearning development capability
*Experience managing content within an LMS
*Confident communication and professional presentation skills
*Degree educated 2:1 or above (or equivalent professional calibre)
*Additional language skills advantageous (German, Dutch, Japanese or Spanish)
