About you - Autism Specialist - Northampton, Northamptonshire
* Experience supporting children or young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Strong understanding of sensory needs and communication differences
* Confident implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
* Calm, patient, and consistent approach to behaviour support
* Skilled in using strategies such as visual timetables, PECS, or structured routines
* Previous experience within an SEN school or specialist provision (desirable)
